If you get the WW magazine it always has free registration in it !

The magazine is £2.55 so that’s £6.50ish saving. the magazine is also great inspitation and has loads of recipes.

If you know of anyone who already goes to meetings you can usually get the magaine there cheaper

Only two big facts are known for certain: you are on a large, spinning rock hurtling through lonely space at about 67,000 mph, and one day your body is going to die. Will a new pair of shoes really help? :p

Weight at lightbulb moment 13 7lb
goal for Christmas 12 7lb! :rotfl:

Just got back from weigh-in. Have lost 1.5 lbs this week. How I don't know. That makes 29.5 lbs since January.

Am going on holiday to Ireland next week so will try and not have too many guiness.

    Cheers - Pam
