lost half a pound this week - so that's 5lb in 2 weeks - Very happy!!!
How's everyone else getting on??0 -
Wow, you lot are doing brilliantly!
I went for the leggera pizza which was really good and, seeing as I got bogof with my monthly pass vouchers, only £4, can't say fairer than that!
I don't normally eat out this much but we have a new kitchen in my shared house and the oven hasn't been plumbed into the gas yet! Plus I work with a lot of people who are term time only and we are going out this week as it is the first week of their hols, jealous? Me?God is good, all the time

hiya all!
well i went to my first meeting on monday night and was quite horrified at how heavy i was, but there you go!

yesterday was my first day and i was workin 9-6 and i ate:
nothing for breakfast (i know really bad but i got up late!)
lunch. chilli chicken wrap 4 pts
bag of crisps (shapers range from boots) 2.5 pts (!)
diet coke 0
tea. 2 poached eggs 3pts
1 piece ww bread 1 pts
half tin of beans 2 pts
bit of tomato sauce 0.5 pts
alpen chocolate bar thing 1 pts
2 coffes throughout the day, black with 2 sugars in each 2 pts total.
points total=16
must admit though i was bloody starving for most of the day!
well now im off to make the 0 points soups!
good luck all!0 -
Dancing butterfly good to have you on board!
Not surprised you were hungry if you ate 9 less points than your allowance! Don't let your body go into starvation mode by totally cutting back will you? Enjoy your 25 points when you can as I am sure before too long it will be dropping to 24, 23, 22...God is good, all the time

Copied from page two of this thread.........
Your personal daily POINTS allowance.
1) Are you:
Female...3 Points
Male ......9 Points
2) How old are you?
16-20.....5 Points
21-35.....4 Points
36-50.....3 Points
51-65.....2 Points
Over 65..1 Point
3) How Many Stones do you weigh?
Ignore the lb, the number of stones is your score for this question. Someone who weighs 12 stone 4lb will score 12 Points.
4) How tall are you?
Under 5ft 4ins......1 Point
5ft 4ins or above..2 Points
5) In your day to day life are you:
Sitting down most of the time.....................0 Points
Occasionally sitting, but mainly standing........2 Points
Walking most of the time............................4 Points
Doing physically hard work most of the time...6 Points
6) Do you want to:
Lose weight........................0 Points
Maintin your current weight...6 Points
Now add up your score. This is your daily points allowance.
Not sure how many extra you would get for breastfeedingSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

I made the red pepper and butternut squash one from the fast start booklet and it was pretty darn good. I roasted the veggies first then added to hot stock, cooked through and blitzed with a stick blender. Added a little seasoning but otherwise was quite simpleGod is good, all the time

Well I wrote a nice long post last night, woohoo'd everyone individually and answered some questions for peeps and then I lost it!!! So I gave up...!
So, well done to everyone I can't believe how great the losses have been this week! Welcome to newbies too - butterfly, make sure you eat ALL your points each day/week, you need them. You can save a maximum of 4 per day but you must use them so treat yourself!
I couldn't be bothered with the gym last night so I ate everything in the house instead - which wasn't a lot cos I haven't been shopping so was actually within points! Went to the gym before work this morning though to make up for it.
I reaaly have to go shopping (waiting for payday) and need to plan my meals again and really work hard to shift these last few lbs.
Buffet lunch meeting today but I AM going to eat my weighed tomato, bacon and mushroom pasta like a good girl :-)
Puds xReally should be doing some work...0
