1p Energy Saving Bulbs

Bought 6 earlier in Finchley. The SA was removing them all from the shelves. I tried to pick up a couple more and he told me they were all being removed as they are "faulty". What lies!!

Was just in there at lunchtime and they were putting the little labels in saying "reduced from £1.39" (or something) to "1p"

Though I just got a bunch through from British Gas free so I'm not so fussed, but still, tis good to know!

none on shelf but big cage full of them ready to go on shelf, 5;30 might have been abit too early!

picked up 6 but when i got the the checkout the woman scanned one, saw the price, said these have been withdrawn from sale and wouldn't sell them to me. i managed to persuade her to call over customer services who backed her up saying there is a cage or pallet or something out the back full of them... scoundrels! i bet they just wanted them for themselves

been down to my local T's and took one of each green boxed [ with 6 years on them] to the till and had them scanned through....all came up full price!

I got one of the "green boxed" ones checked at CS and it was full price but bought a couple of the Value ones and they went through at 1p.

I scanned most on the shelf and the only ones which were 1p are shown in the picture attached.
