Whilst we're on the subject of photos... I can't work out if ours are crap (personal feeling) or our estate agents are doing a terrible job. I think it might be both. We've dropped the price already, thoughts on why we aren't getting any viewings would be welcome!

Ok, have attempted some more piccies this morning, could you take a look and see if these are any better? I think the 2nd bedroom looks much better, but bathroom and main bedroom are really difficult without a wide angle lense.

Grateful for any opinions (be nice today please - have hangover!!)

I agree, the pictures look good... the outside of the house doesn't grab my attention enough to get me to want to see the inside.... there really isn't a whole lot you can do about that though. Maybe I would have taken a pic a little farther away, I think it's too much of a close-up pic. As for the rooms, they look very small, you would need a higher end camera to get a better angle to make these rooms look larger. Very nice job on de-cluttering your home... it's nice to not see little knick nacs all over the place.

I think your photos are ok but don't think they are any better than the estate agent's. You have better lighting on the whole, which is good. But the way only a tiny corner or a part of the bed is visible makes the rooms look either very small or very oddly laid out. I find it difficult to imagine what the rooms are like, which puts me off, but that might just be me!
