and !!!!!! mirrored rooms.

 I'm shocked, I really am! We inherited them from the previous owner, and no they're not what I would have chosen!
Starting to wish I'd never asked...:rotfl:0 -
Definitely I'd want a better pic of bathroom and kitchen, I thought the pink room was a "box room" so that want's redoing. I'd tart up the front of the house too - a new fence won't cost a lot and sluice down the front of the garage to freshen it up.0

this leave me wanting more.
Good photography indeed, being one of the more upmarket agents they may employ a photographer rather than let the staff loose with an instamitic. I think the for sale board maybe an illegal size though, its sad the things I notice.0 -
Sometimes, less is more. Rather than show a cluttered room, just give dimensions and let them come and see for themselves.

lol we looked at a house the other week with mirrored wardrobes. they would have to have gone and freed up some space in the bedroom.0 -
Out of interest, where does your daughter sleep at night?
There's no room left!!!!!

IMO, it's a typical small family home. In Midsomer Norton there must be loads of these around (I used to live in Bath). I can't see anything about it that sets it aside from any other family home...it has average size rooms in good (though (please don't take this badly) not stylish) condition and average outside space. You need to develop some unique points about this property and capture it in the sales gumph...what's different about your place from anyone elses?
Not meant to sound harsh, just my opinion.0 -

if I was only 3 feet tall i would get someone else to take the pictures.
seriously, are you paying connells a whacking fee ( i know they are dear) and tied into 20 weeks and they couldnt take the pictures?0 -
I'm actually a little taller than 3ft, although I am on the short side the reason for the photos taken crouched was to get more of the flat in the photos. We are top floor flat and all our rooms are part sloping ceiling.
Is it better to have photos that look like they are taken by a short person, or to show the sloping ceilings?
We're signed on with Connells for 12 weeks at 1.5% this was better than the other EA nearby, apart from Your Move, but we weren't impressed with them, a few days after we signed with Connells, Your Move in our area actually shut down. Oh, and I took the photos myself as we have a toddler, and as such the house is generally a mess in the daytime, at least in one room of the house, so I took these in the evening while she was asleep.0
