If anyone's interested 'bighair' are offering £100 cashback on Lloydstsb car insurance for purchases before the end of September. Its in their promotions forum0

Used today for first time but does not show on Account yet Am I to assume the transaction will show later or should it show up immediately. History shows date, time where clicked etc.,
Thanks0 -
My insurance began on 17th Sept and still no sign of cashback. The details are all there on the "Clicks History" Decided to cancel within 14 days for full refund and use Egg who ar £40 cheaper anyway (only £20 more if include cashback)What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
Just got credited with Greasypalm today, £70 and not £60. My insurance £40 cheaper than the cheapest quote I got, and I have cheap insurnace.
From Greasypalm
Lloyds tsb insurance
29.09.2005
£70.00

Likewise my £70 has now appeared on my greasypalm account. I wait in anticipation and I am very suitably impressed with this cashback.
Kind Thanks to those who started the thread ; there is no way I would have normally obtained a car insurance at this price minus cashback0 -
Excellent post! They were slightly more expensive that my lowest quote but with £60 back a good saving0
-
My renewal quote was £255
Insuresupermarket best price £170
Lloyds TSB £194 - I'm happy with this!
THEN I get £70 cashback because I went to Lloyds TSB via GreasyPalm :j
but shame about the name 'GreasyPalm' YUK
I saved £131 on my renewal
Many thanks to all who helped me make this decision
This website is amazing
:T :money: Thanks Martin :money: :T0 -
I've just saved £125 ! Thanks. Lloyds TSB actually came cheaper than many other companies.
Greasypalm link said £60, but is it now £70 from what I gather from the above bosts?0 -
I've just had the mother of all battles with Greasy Palm over the cashback.
In the end I brought in Trading Standards and I now have the cashback credited to my account.
I feel another battle brewing as yet more purchases (currently less than 30 days old) have not been credited - despite my cashback tracker working ok and my 'history' in GP showing I wentto the relevant sites when I say I did.
The history however - does not prove you bought anything.
GP are an absolute nightmare to deal with in my opinion I am only staying with them until I get my balance up the minimum required again. (It would appear the latest payout has already begun - although supposedly on 3rd Oct but I'm still waiting for that too.)0 -
What are you actually saying - forgive me - does your beef with GreasyPalm relate to the car insurance 'cash back' or is this a general complaint? Does it relate to a very slow payback or is it a technical problem? I ask this question as several of us are newbies attracted to Greasy Palm by the Lloyds TSB car insurance cashback and would like to know more about this outfit?0
