good news that its bouncing back, was a bit worried cause i was going to get my euros when thomas exchange was offering 1.163 a few days ago, i have 3 weeks now till i go away so hopefully it will recover to that level!!

yep, nicely back over 1.18

just goes to show the strength of the pound after it has shaken off the shock of the 'worse than expected' retail sales figures yesterday morning, not only against the EUR, but also USD.

it can only bat onwards and upwards over the next few weeks, in my opinion

have to agree inspector. my guess, I say again GUESS. Is the pound will keep creeping back up. 8 weeks till i go away hoping to get similar to last years rate of about 1.26. but knowing my luck Gordon will say or do something to screw it up.
