Hi, I am off to Spain next week and have noticed the the Euro exchange rate getting better daily. I am just wondering if the day of the week makes a differece when you change your money.
I think today the rate is 1.14 which I think will be the rate over the weekend ( am I wrong).
If I hang on till Monday or Tuesday is there a trend where the rate drops at beginning of the week then recovers??
Many Thanks0 -

So if I'm correct, I'd get 470 euros for £400 at the trading rate, but 452 euros at the 1.13 rate? 18 euros difference - that's about 4 pints of lager difference!
I phoned the local post office and their current rate is 1.1030!!0 -
