Seller won't refund unpaid postage

Maybe english is not your first language? :rotfl:It seems RM is at fault. Why should you be out of pocket? but equally why should seller be out of pocket?
Is it really worth whinging on here about £2.10?rm's at fault because the seller either didnt afix any postage or didnt affix it sufficiently?
unless it was labeled by a po that is
 context,put it in context dear0

This used to happen a few times when I sent items via a Post Office. They affix a white sticky label rather than stamps and frequently would affix it as though it was the most delicate piece of gold leaf rather than giving the label a good press down. When it goes in the bag with other mail it could get stuck to something else and be pulled off.
If a customer contacted me in such a case I would always refund. A customer has paid a price for the item to be delivered to them and should not incur additional expense. As I had proof of postage and a postage receipt for the amount paid I did try a couple of times to recover it (successfully) but usually just moved on.0

how can your statement be correct.'it seems rm is at fault'.you assume that without proof.
my statement shows its the sellers fault unless the postage was applied @ post office counters.
 thus covering both scenarios0

Based on the information supplied by OP and my own experience with the abysmal service provided by RM,
and it seems I was correct - many thanks for your apology :A"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi
