What can I do with chicken breast fillets...

Do they have skin on them? and do they have bones?
I love fried/roast chicken with a mustard and cream sauce, but would ideally have skin on the chicken to stop it drying out. Otherwise could do honey and mustard chicken-baked in oven (don't really use honey in my main course cooking as don't really like very sweet things)
Have you any cheese? skinless chicken breast smeared with mustard covered with parmesan and baked is a nice dinner.0 -

I've tried googling recipes for mustard cream sauce but they all add ingredients I dont have like white wine, red peppercorn, fresh thyme(dont have dried either)
I got no cheese either.
Payday is tuesday so I only got two more days to be inventive. It's gone well so far but I'm struggling with the chicken.0 -

OK-fry the chicken (cut up into strips) ideally with a sliced onion, but don't worry if you can't get one. Then once its nearly cooked add a splash of lemon juice, a BIG spoonful of mustard, and some cream ( I would use 300ml-one tub, of double, but could use less or single), stir and simmer until thickened. Serve with fried spuds or rice, ideally with something green-I like peas0

Honey and mustard chicken is lovely - mix a little mustard into the honey and smear it over the chicken and chill for a couple of hours. Then put it into the oven for 25 - 30 mins serve with potatoes and green beans.
Lemon chicken is nice tooBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

At school my friend was telling me they're having them stuffed with pesto and mozarella and cooked in breadcrumbs. As a veggie I can't but it sounded good to me!It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

Depending whether or not you want to get any extra ingredients from the shop - last time I had chicken breasts I cut them not quite in half, filled with garlic & herb philedelphia and wrapped in bacon. Delish!£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit
