    Hi bundy,

Once defrosted, I would just treat them in the same way as any other chicken breast. As your thread has now dropped down the board I've added it to the main chicken breast thread to keep the recipes and ideas together.

Whoops, had I known there was a breast thread I would have read it instead of starting the thread. Faux pas!

One of my favourites is chicken supreme. Defrost the chicken and just seal in a casserole dish on the hob, add a tin of sweetcorn, some chopped mushrooms and cans of cream of condensed mushroom soup. Make sure there is enough liquid covering the breast, you can add water but I prefer to just use all soup as nice and thick and creamy. Stick it in the oven at about 160(fan oven) for appx 90 mins and serve with rice. Pure comfort food!

    Thank you!

How about cream of chicken soup wouldn't that make it taste even chickenier?

I had a home made chicken & mushroom curry with boiled rice for dinner.

That's never a whole portion, is it? I'd eat about 6 times that for a meal!:)
