Sale is in the UK only. It's to celebrate 21 years since Ikea launched they're first UK store in Warrington and it looks to be a one day only sale.

where have you heard this from? my son works at Ikea but he says he has heard nothng about it being off everything

hi thanks for that but when i rung customer services they had no idea about this, im looking for a new kitchen and 21% off would be great, can anyone else out there confirm as dont want to get my hopes up!

OH works for them and me telling him was the first he had heard of it being off everything though they did have some communication about having selected items with 21% off its seems they have now decided to go the whole hog - as ever not keeping the staff fully informed till the last minute this is apparently because they don't want customers to find out until 2 days before the event - think they misjudged that slightly!!!

There will be a separate day for staff to buy stuff probably cos they will need all staff on the 19th which again don't think they have planned for yet :rolleyes:
