LOL Its my birthday on Saturday too - I wonder if I can get an extra discount!

I'll be celebrating with family - the thought of going to IKEA on a normal Saturday is bad enough *shudder*.

However, I think their birthday is actually Monday so the celebrations have been moved to Saturday for a reason so fingers crossed for you guys who want a bargain.

PS. My friend works there and staff have all been asked to work on the saturday so something is going on.

Their website says that the offer of free kitchen appliances on kitchens over £1500 does not apply on April 19th. Hmmm...

hi there the manager told me about the sale. home delivery will be closed on saturday so you must be able to take away what you buy.

The kitchen we want to buy costs just over £3000.Does anyone know if we can place two orders for £1500 in order to receive two appliances worth £200 free? We have already established that we can order over the internet, and then phone up with our order number and be credited with the £200.
Ther does not appear to be anything in the terms and conditions of the offer about being limited to one per household .

Why not buy on saturday? 21% off £3k is £600.
If not, there is no reason why you can't make 2 purchases. say you are fitting in stages and can't do it all at once, or whatevervyou can think of:)

I've no idea if it's the case or not, but I once got an IKEA futon and mattress home, by myself, using just public transport (and walking it like a caber).

Two burly friends and you're sorted, unless you're after an entire kitchen.

Try the new Coventry branch which is in Coventry City Centre...It's almost a pleasure to shop there, owing to the LACK of customers !!!
Openeing week bombed so I can't see that a day's sale would make much difference.
