pnw72 . Cannot say for sure, but she told me I could defer collection. I won't be able to collect it all myself that day anyway - only a small car.Earlier in this thread someone said that collecting kitchens could be put off on Saturday because of the volume of business expected. When this is advertised tomorrow, maybe there will be more details, and we can actually ask out loud of the assistants.0

Will I be able to buy everything and get it delivered or do i need to find a transit van before saturday?
You can have any purchase delivered...but it`ll cost you!(and the delivery costs are not part of the 21% discount)
delivery charges depend on how far you live from the store (done by postcode) and the total value of your shopping.
So, you live 1 mile from the store and have £100 of goods = roughly £30
You live 50 miles from the store and have bought a £2000 kitchen = £ lots!
Hiring a van for a day might be cheaper if its a big purchase you are considering0 -

I live quite near to the Bristol IKEA and it seems to be common knowledge here in Bristol that IKEA will have 20% off everything on Saturday, although no one seems to know where the rumour or fact started!0

I have just had the misfortune to purchase items from Ikea, the customer service is none existent now, on a sales day you had better take a packed lunch. I certainly will not be visiting this company again in my lifetime.:mad:0

I've just seen the table and chairs I want to get are in the family card discount at the moment and down to £43 I wonder if that discount will apply on Saturday, plus the 21% I will be dead chuffed if it is! As it has £6.60 already, and another 21% will be a very nice saving! Planning on getting there really early to grab the 2 things I want and going home before it gets too busy.0

Just to confirm, On Saturday, if I go to the "quick pay" till and pay for the kitchen, I can pick all of it up another day, even if some stuff may be in stock?
Thanks for your help!
Can anyone say if the 'buy now, pick up later date' applies to all items? And also to items you want to purchase but are not currently in stock? We were planning to buy wardrobes in a couple of weeks but this is too good an offer to miss out on. Unfortunately, having just done an in-store check, my nearest 'deliver to home' store does not have the items I want in stock. Obviously I'm hoping this will change before Sat but if it doesn't.......0
