I'm trying to get in touch with some of the people who commented on the site I provided a link to :earlier http://www.tickettout.org/voting-comments.aspx?cid=37&cn=Ticket2bthere I think their cases could help because they are all in a position to raise a dispute with the company as they did not receive their tickets for the rugby game which has now obviously passed. I'm really keen to find out whether they got refunds, are still in contact with the company or have just given up. Just thought I'd let you all know my next line of enquiry...!!!

Hi all, just wanted to say that I'm loving reading your Thread, & it is wonderful to see so many getting passionate about this! :T

I'm one of the lucky few who ordered tickets, got a little “spooked” when they wouldn’t return my calls & cancelled my credit card before they had a chance to take the money. (And then the cheeky sods had the nerve to email me to let me know my card had been declined, and ask if I still wanted the tickets!!)

Although I have not lost money, I am loving reading this thread and really hope you get somewhere with this. Worryingly they are still selling tickets for V when everyone else has sold out, meaning people who are desperate for tickets & stumble across that site may still be tempted to use it, thinking that they are lucky to have found it.

Again-How interesting that is to hear that the post have been removed. PERHAPS MSE is looking into this and for legal reasons (slander etc) They cant pass comment until some proof has risen. "PROOF" I hear you cry. I know,I know. They only have to look st previous posts,links photos but I suppose they have start they're own investigation.......maybe starting with removal of 3 certain posts. I sit with anticipated breath. Is it all going in the right direction??? PLEASE let's hope so:j

I doubt it. I should imagine the posts were removed by the employees as it was a bit self incriminating. The mods usually post that posts have been removed/moved. I'm still awaiting any form of contact from the company.
