Today went really well.....until I demolished 7, count them, 7 oreos at work as I worked late and was starving. I had a potato I could have microwaved, but somehow the biscuits were calling me.

Must do better.....

roadtrip food - I'd pack a tupperware box with loads of pasta salad personally. Or go red for the day and buy all those meat nibbles. i wouldn't know much about them having been veggie for *cough*25*cough* years

I had a good day today.
Brekkie - ready brek (HEb, HEa)
Lunch - Jacket potato, cheese, onion, beans.
Dinner - Quorn Spaghetti Bolognese (Dolmio light 2 Syns)
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Clemintine.

Bad Stuff - Discos.

I envy you - I had them on my amazon rental list but shortly before they passed their rental business over to that shower of sh*te, lovefilm ,they deleted all of those from their rental portfolio - was not a happy bunny.

Nah defo not, the original actor was just sooo right - reminds me a bit of a mate of mine (Ray not Benny)

what could I put in it hmmmm sweetcorn maybe, hmmm what else, and what as dressing - might go for a few syns and go for a low fat thousand island dressing - thanks CT :beer::beer:

I'm sooo tired my eyes are sore & slamming. The job I've just been moved from still haven't found a secretary (they are Employment Lawyers) so I'm doing the work I used to do for them now freelance in the evening, plus its the week before Xmas (obviously) so I've got a works event to prepare for on Friday day, works party (60's!) Friday evening, then OH away saturday night at a gig (Saturdays' my last day for getting the last few presents!:eek:) Sunday we're going to Jasper Carrott's show, Monday OH has asked the neighbours round :rolleyes:, Tuesday OH's got a hospital appointment (and can't drive afterwards so I'm off work), Wednesday is Xmas Eve and I'm supposed to be working (my old job aren't coming in :mad). I think I'll just sleep over Xmas

OH doesn't seem in any rush to propose even though he knows I'm desperate to settle down so we can have babies and my mothers on my back about it and really upset me on Sunday (still upsets me now) saying I should leave him as he's obviously stringing me along. Also read in the paper that I'm more likely (20%) to miscarry as OH is over 35. At this rate he'll be over 40

All in all I'm feeling sorry for myself and sorry for the rant.

Food wise I'm doing 'healthy' but not really 100% SW until 1 Jan.

Sorry I haven't replied to your email J'man. Maybe tomorrow x

I make pasta salad with a couple of spoonfuls of pesto, quark, spinach and some grated cheese.....Or pasta, vlf fromage frais (with a teensy bit of tomato puree), a couple of sun dried tomatoes (can't remember syn value) and black olives (7=1syn)...or pasta, chopped cherry toms, grated cheese and vlf salad dressing

I loved that show too! My favorite episode was All The Queens Horses, cracked me up with the singing mounties. I am Canadian which made it even more enjoyable for me! I did quite like the new Ray though:p

The 2 episodes called Victoria's Secret or something similar made me cry loads :o:o and mutter under my breath at that woman....I think I was saying something like "He's mine, *****. Hands off" :mad::mad::o:o;);):D:D
