Hiya everyone.
Hope you are all well, iv not been on for ages, but thought id pop on and say hi.
I had an amazing 5lb loss this week, how after 9 months on the plan i have no idea but really put me in a great mood. Especialy as iv had one night out with the sw group this week and on an xmas night out tommorw too, so real has made me not worry to much about the extra meals and drink i will be having /had this week.
Keep going everyone and have a great xmas if i dont get on before

Are there any long-time members of SW around that could help me with a recipe i lost when moving house?
It was for vegetable lasagne.
It's main point was that you made the cheese sauce by liquidising a tin and a half of macaroni cheese (which i understand is no longer allowed on the plan)............
I've bought half a ton of veggies but have now lost the recipe:eek: and i have vegetarian guests coming next week..

Feedback on the quark dips I mentioned yesterday.
Stilton dip was totally delicious and by leaving the stilton to infuse the quark with flavour overnight really made it yummy, had it with carrot sticks and cucumber. Used the stilton as a HEA.
Chocolate option quark dip was a bit wierd, although I only had mint flavoured options in the house, sort of resembled a mint choc cheese cake taste, may try it again with belgian choc flavour next time.
I put herb salt--from health food shops--and fresh herbs in quark, to have as a dip/on baked potatoes, etc. It's soo yummy:T. But i'm having trouble finding quark recently, seems to be sold out everywhere
I've been inadvertantly bad:rolleyes:, had a couple of mince pies with my beer yesterday--usually have something 'naughty' on Fri nights, then checked the syn value, 12 SYNS EACH!!!!! :eek: :eek:
Thankfully I didn't use many syns the day before--but 12 each, OMG!!!Anytime;)0 -

2 X Alpen Light
Pasta & Sauce with allowed amount of tuna as heb
2 X limbos - 6 syns total
can of Dr. pepper Zero

You seem OK to me! Doesn't matter how bright you are, no-one can 'get' someone else's personal abbreviations for stuff:o
When you exercise you increase muscle mass, and muscle burns more calories, so exercise/increased muscle mass is very, very, good for weight loss. If you totally stop exercising the muscle will slowly disappear again, so it's important to do at least a little bit regularlyAnytime;)0 -

thing I'm finding is that I am finding the walking a challenge, by that I don't mean omg it's hard work, what I mean is I find myself setting challenges all the time - I'm already thinking - last nights walk was 4.61 miles - so close to 5 miles but not quite - I now gotta hit the 5 mile marker:D
