    Ooh snap! My hair is naturally very dark brown so I added a purpley burgundy to it and it's really subtle. You just see the red/purple when I'm in the light.

    Well i lost 3 1/2 pounds this week after no really understanding what i was doing. must have been doing something right. Thanks for your words of encouragement the other day

    I went this week after missing last week lost 2lbs my mum has also lost 2lbs im just 0.5lbs off half a stone so im getting there :)

    I put 1 on - which considering how I've been is not too bad
    Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
    Do little and often
    Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:
