Well I have been given details of the new extra easy plan (I know,I know!) that I think are pretty accurate and will be following (well, attempting to,if I can find that bloomin' wagon;) ) it for the rest of the week. Please don't ask me to reveal anything as I don't even go to class and would hate to give 'proper' SWers the wrong info.
So today I will be having fish pie for dinner and only synning the white sauce.I have had leftover dinner for breakfast (h/m macaroni cheese, broccoli and heb bread) which is my one hea and heb.Got h/m minestrone for lunch which is usually 2 syns as it is a green day soup but has a little roast beef in it - so this is now free for me!May have some egg, bacon and beans if I get peckish later....:D
Hope everyone else is ok today?:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T

Hi, can anyone check the new Smartprice savoury rice for me - chicken flavour. Thanks

missing my Mojo, but hoping on 1st Jan it kicks in again. 2009 is the year I WILL hit my target (pref by my OH's birthday 19th May - I said that this year!) :j

I don't like piercings, except in the ears, I have too much imagination . Mouth/chin/etc ones would irritate the hell out of me, each to their own though. Pink hair sounds cool, she sounds a bit young for a 'grumpy old man' though. Punks scared me when i was young, they were always in vicious fights with the 'new age' lot, I stuck to the friendly bikers bars with my beloved coathanger (to pull the zip up:p, I was so skinny then:T) jeans.
What age range are you Juds? Ignore if you want, I'm just nosey (according to my OH).
xx
I is 46 oh and the lass I gave mi camera to is 35 - had a good ole natter with her.
Be interestin to hear about her time in Pripyat when she gets back - talking to her has rekindled my interest some - it had waned a littleHate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
Do little and often
Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -

Old man then:D
I'm only 40 meself, and the lass isn't so young, at 35.
Amazing coincidence though isn't it, both being interested in the same (obscure?) place? I hope you get to go soon, I'm planning all sorts of travels with my family when I start earning (just finished a degree, jobhunting at the moment).
