sorry but what is the countdown offer?

Sorry should have explained it better.

The countdowns are buy 5 weeks and get 1 week free, or buy 10 and get 2 free.

They cost either £22.50 or £45.

I normally buy the 10 week countdown. I get 12 weeks for this so it works out at £3.75 per week rather than the £4.50.
In spite of the cost of living, it’s still popular

Oh well, self destruct week is over.... I had a christmas party at the weekend and went a bit overboard with the Vodka (probably had several weeks worth of syns in one night  ) then there was the several pieces of stollen cake.... and crumpets.....

Managed to pull back something and only gained ½lb which is the first gain I've had since I started in April 08 - which I'm well chuffed about as it could have been a lot worse.

    ..............

On another topic, has anyone ever thought of starting a thread just for recipes? It would be nice to have one so that we can all find different recipes to try out.

Well done on the tiny gain, you must have lost loads since April if this is your first gain:A

There's a SW recipe thread on page one of the 'lose weight' thread, I think it's on the 'I wanna' board. Loads of yummy recipes!
    Anytime;)

    haha no.

I like some not others - she has a smallish one below her lip , you know chin area - always liked those, tongue piercings (think Pulp Fiction ;);)) and small discreet one in the nose I quite like - don't like too many and not overly keen on eyebrow ones

There is a SW magazine that comes out roughly every couple of months, I'm not sure when the next ones out though. Meanwhile if I were you I'd have a look at your friends starter pack it's packed with info and you could pick her brain too. It does seem a little confusing at first but it does all click into place. I've heard that people sell their books on Ebay but apparently they go for silly money

yeah they do tend to go for quite a lot of money - so might as well join a group - you'll get the book, an intro and explanation from the consultant and one meeting :D

I don't like piercings, except in the ears, I have too much imagination . Mouth/chin/etc ones would irritate the hell out of me, each to their own though. Pink hair sounds cool, she sounds a bit young for a 'grumpy old man' though. Punks scared me when i was young, they were always in vicious fights with the 'new age' lot, I stuck to the friendly bikers bars with my beloved coathanger (to pull the zip up:p, I was so skinny then:T) jeans.

What age range are you Juds? Ignore if you want, I'm just nosey (according to my OH).

    xx

Just tell the consultant, they're usually very friendly, and people like shift workers can only go some weeks all the time, so they're used to it.
