Old man then:D
I'm only 40 meself, and the lass isn't so young, at 35.
Amazing coincidence though isn't it, both being interested in the same (obscure?) place? I hope you get to go soon, I'm planning all sorts of travels with my family when I start earning (just finished a degree, jobhunting at the moment).
Jay xx

I've been (mostly) good today.
Started off with an asda GFY cereal bar for brekkie, was on the run as had a hair app straight from dropping off kids at school.
I had a mid morning egg on toast.
For lunch I had a jacket potato with lf cheese and beans.
Although I did also have a bar of chocolate but I was walking while I ate it so it doesn't count does it
Mel xUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
I don't like piercings, except in the ears, I have too much imagination . Mouth/chin/etc ones would irritate the hell out of me, each to their own though. Pink hair sounds cool, she sounds a bit young for a 'grumpy old man' though. Punks scared me when i was young, they were always in vicious fights with the 'new age' lot, I stuck to the friendly bikers bars with my beloved coathanger (to pull the zip up:p, I was so skinny then:T) jeans.
What age range are you Juds? Ignore if you want, I'm just nosey (according to my OH).
xx
Now I can deal with my nose ring very well, but my earrings make me gag when I have to take them out or change them
Pink hair is fab. I'm too old for it now. I spent many a year going from pink, to blue, to red, to purple hair
I was a punk. Not sure I saw any vicious fights though. We must have been the quiet ones
ETA If she has pink hair at 35 I'm not as past it as I thought!I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -

Do you reckon an evening of dancing around the living room to the Mighty Mighty Bosstones (Dicky Barrett *drool*) has cancelled out the 2 jammie dodgers and 1 oreo along with cream of tomato soup (not together!)?!I saw two shooting stars last night

I have just made a chocolate dip recommended by my consultant.
1 tablespoon of chocolate options stirred into half a pot of quark............going to dip in some strawberries and bananas;) Only 2 syns :A I am leaving it overnight in the fridge to take on the full chocolate flavour, will let you all know what it is like.
I have used the other half a pot with a HEB serving of blue stilton to make a lovely stilton dip for carrots and cucumber (I dont like celery *GAK*), hopefully they will satisfy my snacking needs:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I recently dyed my hair dark purple, I love it, and I'm 40! It's not overly visible until the light catches it, but brightens up my dark hair no end (looking for a job so trying to be sensible, lol).
I think the fights probably had more to do with me growing up near Newcastle, and spending my Fri/Sat nights 'on the town' there.Anytime;)0 -
Let us know how the dips turn out. I'm always after new uses for quark.I saw two shooting stars last night
