Hi, yeah mine has handles on it so you can do loads of different manovers and does your bingo wings better (not that you have bingo wings) They are on wheels too which makes it easy to move, also use it on a solid surface like kitchen tiles instead of carpet as it doesnt work too great on carpets.

I really like the look of this - but it seems too good to be true - i.e. very little effort required. Is that the case or does it really work?

Lol, just to make me feel even better I've been sitting here in tears reading a thread about how to get your man to propose (still waiting ) and watching How to Look Good Naked (I'm sitting here in black jeans, thick wooly socks and a big shapeless navy sweater that does nothing for me. How depressed do I feel!

It really does work you will notice after using one for about 2-4 weeks. You notice a massive difference in your skin on your legs especially alot firmer :) 10 mins on one is a 30 min work out so i've been told. But you do also have to do exercise to stay like it. If you live near wigan your more than welcome to come and try mine out :)

I wouldn't recommed it if it didn't work hun honest

Sorry to hear your bad news SC they are laying people off at my OH's place luckily he's ok for now. He will propose when he's ready just sit down with him and say i think its about time we made our relationship forever :) and then let him think it was his idea. Hell i've been with my OH for 19 months now and i asked him to marry me he said no because it was too early in the relationship so i gave him a deadline. He soon met it :)

    Hi SC

I'm sorry about your awful news, I hope you get something better soon. As for "The Proposal" I'm sure it will happen. I had been with my boyfriend 7 yrs & had given up hope but earlier this year he finally asked me :D (now we need to get our act together & set a date.)
Some people just work to a different pace to the rest of us!!(its infuriating isn't it)
You are just v.low at the moment but things will pick up
    hopefully very soon

  • Hi all -

Catt - so sorry about your job... all you can hope is that it is the start of something positive, I hope it works out for you xx

I gained tonight (0.5lb) which is the second week in a row, and by rights I should have lost tonight, so I am a bit mega miffed..... there was something screwy happening on the scales, I weighed and it showed a 0.5lb gain. The girl said 'take off your cardi, that might do it' so I did, and it showed a 1lb gain

Since when do you take *off* clothes and get heavier  I mentioned it to my consultant, but she didn't seem that bothered (because clearly, she couldn't explain it).....

on the other hand....maybe it is a magic cardi, wear it and lose 0.5lb...:rotfl:

Is it any different to use up say 6 syns on a chocolate bar, or 6 syns on cream if that's what you want to use them for? Consultant 31 can you tell me your opinion?

Your syns are there to enjoy whatever it is that floats your boat. I have to say that I like my porridge this way too :p yum!

Skint_Catt, that's awful news, I'm really sorry for anyone in this situation and particularly just before Christmas. However, I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason and I really feel that in a few months time, you'll be able to look back and see this as the start of a better period of your life. On a more personal note - if that's you in the avatar, your BF wants to be bucking up his ideas and marrying you before it's too late and you find someone else who will....... you look lovely and I can't see that losing weight will make you more marryable (for want of a real word).
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Morning everyone - here is my plan for the day:

Breakfast - oats so simple, milk, blueberries and a pear (heb, hea. free)

Lunch - Lentil & vegetable soup with scanbrans & reduced fat egg mayonnaise on scan bran with baby tomatoes and 2 satsumas (free, 2.5 syns, free)

Dinner - Roast chicken dinner with boiled little potatoes in their skins, cauliflower, broccolli, carrots, gravy (free, heb, 3 syns)

Evening snack - meringe with rasberries and yogurt (3.5 syns)

I am embarrassed to admit that with all the cooking I do and all the soups I make I have never boiled up the remains of a chicken to make chicken soup! However times are achanging and I will (after stripping most of the left over meat off of course) attempt this tonight. My biggest worry is fat but I reckon if I boil it up tonight and let it cool down the fat should rise to the top and I should be able to easily remove it? Anyway I will give it a go:D Any advice gratefully received!

    Love Marion
