Good luck Rob, you are doing really well. Did you make sure your Alpen are the lite ones not the ordinary. I made that mistake once and chomped my way through some lovely lemon ones, telling everyone that they were so nice and I could have 2 as a healthy extra:o Didn't lose that week!:rotfl::mad:

You can get a winter boot or mule now. I can't wear flip flops either which is why I want either the Billow (boot) or Gogh (mule) versions! They look very snug! :T

Another 100% day here SO FAR! OH home late tonight, so they'll be a few danger hours (when I'm not even hungry just lonely!)

Just back from weigh in, I stayed the same this week but im actually glad as id thought id gain a few lbs as I wasnt very good over the weekend. so today I have been very good and already drunk 1 litre of water and on the next glass,
    im having a green day

brekkie 2x Milk roll with 1 tsp streamline jam (HEB 1/2 syn)

    midmorning - shape yoghurt

lunch - mushroom, red pepper ommlette + salad, I used 1/2 HEA milk in my omlette

afternoon snack - satsuma, maybe beans on toast as i wont be eating til after 7 tonight.

dinner -butternut squash risotto (free but using parmasan as HEA) with tenderstem brocoli and asparagus. yum this is realy creamy and filling (and better then M & S one, according to my sister):D

will use the rest of my HEA in tea, probably have loads more fruit and might have a kit kat (5 1/2 syns) depends how full I am

I have mostly green days and only really feel bloated if I have mainly pasta, especially pasta n sauces. But if I have loads of fruit and veg, drink plenty of water and have potatoes or something completely different I feel fine and still lose. But I defo think the odd red day thrown in really helps kick start things again.

S'cuse me butting in Steph - but I saw the word Powerplate!!:j DH and I have been thinking of getting one but not sure where to start. We tried one at a show and this beauty salon was letting people use it. I was amazed at how powerful it was and how we felt using it.

Can I ask what make yours is & your opinion please? I can't remember what the make of the one we used was but it was obviously "heavy-duty" because it was for a business. I've seen some on Ebay but no idea if they are any good. Thanks in advance.

They have some in Macro at £149.99 (+ vat) this week on offer but they arent the gym ones so dont know how theyd last.

Hi PennyLane we got ours from Boots.com but i've just looked and its not on the site anymore. Its brilliant and is as good as the ones in the gym we've had it about 12 months. I did a search on pricerunner and found one for you

I hope this helps you, if you have any more questions just ask :)
