I have a Cadburys advent calendar but I can't find out how many syns the minatures inside it are! I've just had a turkish delight one, but there are dairy milks, fruit n nuts, whole nuts and mint I think in there. I'm guessing 3syns max but I'd like to know!0

I'm having a bit of a downer day today. Feel bloated and feel like I have eaten loads of naughty things over the weekend and today, a couple of prawn crackers, a tiny slice of pizza, a few mini marshmallows. I was really beating myself up over it but have sat and added up and it's only come to about 30syns anyway and thats over 4 days so its nothing bad really. However I still think I am going to have 100% days for the rest of the week without syns just to be on the safe side.
Tomorrow I am going to have a green day:
Breakfast:
2 Weetabix and semi skimmed milk (HEB HEA)
Snack:
Fruit - kiwi, satsuma.
Lunch:
Jacket potato and salad
Snack:
Fruit
Tea:
Beanfeast bolognaise and chips.
Desert:
Rice Pudding. (HEA)
Still leaves me with one HEB so am thinking I may have alpen lights or ryvita with cottage cheese as a snack. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Re new plan - this was discussed a little while back, and Consultant 31 suggested that there would be a new plan to *complement* the existing plan, not replace it ... ie this would be an additional choice (like mix2max and successexpress). sw_mina the links you gave were ceratainly interesting, and I can look forward to the new plan if early indications are even close to true, but I am going to hold on and get the info the 'official route' - I have spent long enough with this plan to know that SW provides plans that work, and half-heard, personal adaptions tend not to
Hear Hear :TI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

see here : http://www.walkjogrun.net
you can plot a walk/run and see how far it is etc - took me about 50 -55 mins or so
That's a fab site. I've already worked out how long a walk to the nearest supermarket is (0.77miles). Going to see how far it is to work now....Ooh 2.35 miles!!I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -
I can't work out how to plot a route - do you have to register? I know I could walk to work (if pushed
