  • Hey everyone, as a change from the usual sandwich I want to take a cous cous salad to work for my lunch tomorrow. Could anyone tell me which cous cous is free from Asda please.

    Thanks.

My eating plans are a bit scuppered this week, I have had a few too many syns this past weekend ( i weight in on a Friday) and planned to make it up through the week by having very few - however its my wedding anniversary on Thursday night and we are having our 'Night In' :kisses3: on Wednesday night which will involve a chinese or an indian takeaway and a movie in front of the fire (mmmm).
However, my DH is brilliant and since being on this plan he has stayed away from takeaways for me and i want to treat him this week, so if i share im thinking if i go for chinese on a green day i can get lots of rice, noodles etc and look like im having a real good nosh when in fact its not too bad - what would you recomend as the lowest syn chinese from the takeaway. Thanks in advance guys x
