Thanks hun, so thats about 4.5syns a bag if they're the same 300g bags as Quorn? Hmmm, maybe I won't bother! Will just stock up (when I get the new freezer from the landlord:mad:) when Quorn's on offer!

I have 'upped' my syns as suggested to 10 as my daughter also thought I might not actually be eating enough although I am never hungry and dont feel like I do without (if I did I wouldnt be overweight would I). I rang our consultant and she said that taking thyroxine is recognised as slowing down the weight loss so maybe thats it too. As long as it comes off I dont suppose it matters how long it takes and my OH has lost 8lb since Ive been on SW :rotfl:.

And I finally managed to get the 'free branded food' book from ebay for £1.04p then the one after went for £7 so its my lucky day today.

Now i am confused

Online it says Morrisons Meat Free Mince is 2 syns per 100g frozen BUT

Directory says it is 5.5 syns per 100g frozen.

I would like to think the Directory has a typo :rolleyes:

I've not been able to follow slimming world for a while - had food poisoning - fab for losing weight but wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! I've lost 7lbs in a week and kept it off last week (on antibiotics) but want to start following the plan again tomorrow, so it doesn't all pile back on!
Could someone please PM me the password?

morning everyone :wave:

Its been a stressful weekend and Ive not exactly followed the plan which is frustrating as up until Friday lunchtime when I was invited to the pub for lunch at the last minute it was all going perfectly and I was being really good. So after staying the same last week, it is kind of 50/50 whether I will show a loss tomorrow at weigh in so will just have to wait and see.

Im having a red tea as I have some rump steak from m&s to use up (yum). It has a pouch of peppercorn sauce but Im going to freeze that to save the syns. Will serve with roasted veg and celeriac.

Undecided on lunch but the easiest option is the Stagg Silverdale chilli which is 4.5 syns on a green day and stupid amount of syns on a red so will treat today as a mix to match. I always get confused about mix to match days and how I syn something.

On a final note, if you shop in asda on a regular basis then please advise! Im having a home delivery shop from asda next weekend which I do very rarely so would be interested to hear from those of you who shop there regularly if there is anything that is a slimming world must buy.
