  • I shan't call you mad....

I did FF for one week and it was a huge re-education - you will love to get back to SW afterwards!!! I planned it very thoroughly, and I was never hungry...I even planned two spirits every night (kept me sane) lol!!

I will say it isn't the easiest thing, certainly not an easy option for a quick weight loss (although I lost 6lb that week), but if your head is in the right place, and you can commit to it EVERY day without ANY deviation, then you will see results. I really looked forward to starting it - I felt I was doing something positive for a change!!

DO keep up with the water - it really is worth it (although you will pee constantly!)

    good luck :D

    Hi everyone.

Well I am still trying to stick with it, and for main meals am mostly managing it. I do find I am snacking an awful lot though and can't bear the thought of fruit, so I'm afraid it is mainly crisps I am snacking on. However I have only gained 1st 2oz I have only 14wks left to go now, so am really confident I will not put on the 4st and 3.5st I gained with my last two pregnancies....I definitely think having done SW has helped me with this.
I am really looking forward to joining back in properly in March, and joining the local club as I am taking over 9mths in maternity leave so want to be slim by the time I go back to work hehe...

Skint - are you still on the slim fast plan? How is it going/did it go.

Any i'm afraid the low fat ones just aren't doing it for at the moment!! I am just eating bags of them. I must start looking out the lower fat ones again.

My other craving is Curry, although I have tried to make them myself with mainly just tinned toms and spices to keep them free, although have lost count of the amount of take-away ones I have had:rolleyes: My mum has the curry book, I must remember to get it off her!

Hi redmel, no I'm not. Did 3 weeks of 1000 calories a day an dlost sod all. I think its th emedication I'm on so (when I get round to it!) I'm off to see the Dr. Love the SW way though so I'm sticking with that eating theory until I get it sorted.

Red day today and I bloody hope the three bird roast from Aldi is free cause it was lovely! (Though the stuffing was v strong so didn't eat much of that!)

    C xx

ouch! I only go to Morrisons for emergency's (as its just at the end of our road) but I don't tend to do a main shop there (I d look out to see if Quorn is on offer though!)
Don't mind if its one or two syns a bag if its cheaper as I can always factor that in.
