Slow cooker: veg soup(had chicken in tonite as HE), tomato n lentil soup; bean casserole (tinned toms, mixed beans, chopped carrots, onions, garlic, celery), baked potatoes and herby quark/yoghurt, mushroom/other omelette, chick pea curry, loads of stuff.
6.5 lb is a great loss in 2 weeks!Anytime;)0 -
At class, during the 'talk', you should be given 'this weeks password', which you can use to log onto the SW website. There you can have an online diary, it helps with food planning, find out syns, etc. It also only lets you add the right free foods, according to the plan you've chosen. Very very helpful.
and if anyone has missed my psots on the subject I have created a spreadsheet that I have shared with many on here - to do a food dairy, I find the paper ones from SW don't give me anywhere near enough room, which I have also set up to calculate syn totals being used throughout a 7 day period.
If anyone else wants a copy PM me.
