I have had my actifry ages..I never new you could do this...I always sin the oil....ahhh its on now but tomorrow I shall be trying this.......I am soooooo
    excited!!:T :T :T

Oh and just discovered Birds Eye Simpley Salmon with garlic and herb crust are free on red day..and they are lovely....hmm I am hungry now

How many chips does the actifry cook at once? There are 4 of us with good appetites and I worry that it would be far too small? Simply salmon sounds great, thanks for that!
    Anytime;)

    Well, I have been a bad girl.:o
I was christmas shopping last night and my DH cooked a big pork chop dinner for me when I got in. Syn in potatoes (as had already had HB's) syn in gravy and fat on chops (lush!!). Then I proceeded to eat a handful of cadburys roses and a thin bar of dairy milk.
Then today I have eaten a kit kat and another 4 roses!!!
Im a bit mad at myself as I have already had too many syns this week and was going to try not have any more till after weigh in on Friday. Never mind, Ill have to get my socks pulled up and stick in again, if i get a small gain I will know why!!! I just had to confess to someone. :o

    Hiya,

Well project back on the wagon is going okay I suppose. Can you give me some ideas what you eat on green days for meals. I have done roasted veg, sw chips, pasta and sauce and supernoodles what else can I do? Have left my books in work and cant think!

    Cheers Sam

ps well done on the brilliant losses x I managed to stay the same so 6.5lb in 2 weeks.
  • well ive had an extremely stressful day today so i needed comfort food so i chose a kebab, not too bad on a red day but i had chips and garlic sauce with it too...
anyway back on track from tomorrow, have to be seriously good for the rest of the week to make sure i dont put weight on after my delicious christmas night out meal last night.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Yummy, loving my dinner of baked bean lasagne and SW chips.

I can't imagine SW chips in the actifry will be free - they will absorb too much oil - even if it is frylight. The idea of the spray & oven cooking is that you don't use that quantity of oil and the chips don't absorb it. Frylight is still oil/fat even though its a low calorie version!

I was doing so well  Came home, doing the ironing, but kept wondering into the kitchen. Ended up eating a bag of Skips and a couple of teaspoons of Nutella  I wasn't hungry (had had savoury rice as a 'snack' when I came home because I knew I'd be waiting for OH to cook dinner) and not even bored

Spoon fulls of Nutella.... How naughty ...I honestly thought I was the only person who did that!! Yeah maybe I am more normal than I thouh x:T :T

I made a vegetable curry and rice for lunch - that was yummy :) I often make dahl and rice - delicious *and* cheap :money:

cous cous - nice with roasted veg

soups - pea and potato, potato and leek, parsnip, mixed veg, tomato, lentil soup etc etc

spanish omlette (onions, potatoes and peas)

..and you didn't mention the humble jacket spud! add beans / chilli beans / sweetcorn / HA cheese / HB tuna etc etc

    quorn cottage pie

'better than sex pie' (don't blame me, thats what the girls at class call it as they have it more than once a week  ) quorn sausages and baked beans and bit of chilli topped with cheesy (A) mash and baked......

vegi or quorn or baked bean lasagne

..tha should keep you going for a bit :D
