It holds a kilo of chips I think, I had some tonight with my two boys (they are only small) and there were plenty... However had my OH been home then would have had to stretch it........ if you like loads (I do) then I don't think you would feed four people with one batch to be truthful.

Do I sound really gready ?;) Its great for me cause hubby works shifts, and if I have been at work and the boys have been fed by my mum I just stick some on while I get them sorted and my tea is sorted.

Hi, I'm a bit confused about something on the list of HEB on a green day. It says 28g houmous and then directly beneath it it says 57g of houmous! Does anyone know which it is and why it lists 2 amounts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks louby, wouldn't work for me, OH and my teens then, just have to grin and bear our oven till we move then. You don't sound greedy to me, I love SW because I can eat loads and still lose:D

I agree Jay....I think it would be a waste of money.....what am I going to do when my two get bigger....Panics!!!

28g is SS (super slimming or something like that) amount. You can have 57g but it's not a SS HE.

Get another one? or a better oven? My old oven (we relocated) made fab healthy oven chips. Anyway you'll be so slim by then you can eat all you want:D

At class, during the 'talk', you should be given 'this weeks password', which you can use to log onto the SW website. There you can have an online diary, it helps with food planning, find out syns, etc. It also only lets you add the right free foods, according to the plan you've chosen. Very very helpful.
