I must admit I get this feeling all the time. Most meals I have are free foods so I can eat loads of it, but as soon as im full I feel guilty. I guess im used to starving myself to lose weight, and when I did Scottish slimmers I was always hungry. This might sound weird but I also cant get used to the way I look now ive lost weight, I realise I look and feel better, but its not me in the mirror, I still feel fat inside does that make senseBut these feelings have got less as im seeing the results on the scales. So im sure youll find those feeling will go away.

Well I have done the same this weekend as last - I have eaten a huge pile of syns over the weekend and will have to be syn free till about thursday night now.
How do you folks manage syn wise - over the various times in the past that I have been on the plan, I have tried having about 5 a day, 10 a day and 15 a day and the difference is not really noticeable. I must say that the times I had 5 (or even less) I lost less weight!!
I stuck to 11 a day last week (averaged out over the week) and lost 2lbs and I am aiming for the same this week - so we will see. Just wondered what worked for others? You can stand there and agonize........

I usually aim for 10-12 a day, but save 5 a day if Im planning a naughty weekend. My treats are a kit kat sometimes 2 with tea in the evening. I tried having 5 a day one week ages ago and I gained 1.5 lb even though I had been super good:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I was doing so well  Came home, doing the ironing, but kept wondering into the kitchen. Ended up eating a bag of Skips and a couple of teaspoons of Nutella  I wasn't hungry (had had savoury rice as a 'snack' when I came home because I knew I'd be waiting for OH to cook dinner) and not even bored   :mad:0

SC - panic not! syn it and move on.... you were doing well, you will do well again.
I think we can blame the ironing...... from now on, you should get OH to do it0 -
On the subject of syns......
If, hypothetically speaking right, someone, say a woman, had been really good and packed a healthy breakfast and lunch for work (4 slices nimble, yogurt, fruit, baked potato and home made free veg curry) and after having healthy toast and marmite for brekkie, noticed that it was someone's birthday and cakes had been brought in, snaffled a donut before she could stop herself; then had 1 tbl of a friend's peanut butter in a sarnie with her last 2 slices of nimble. How disgusted should she feel with herself at such poor motivation she couldn't last until 11am without going off plan?
Discuss.I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -
LOL, missed the boat on that one angie. When we moved in together OH was the first to say 'I'm not doing the ironing' - so hasnt done it once even though he's done it for the last 17 years  I didn'[t get first choice of which side of the bed either
I have issues........:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Worst case I'm guessing 16.5syns. Not too bad though I do have apple flan and a tiny bit of cream planned for later!

Loving the Kilroy angle
I'd say you were only human. I was lucky to avoid the free sarnies at work today because the kitchen is upstairs and I have very few reasons to venture up there. Though a piece of cucumber did jump out at me the one time I did venture into the room......Don't feel bad. I've done the same!
