    Thanks Kandi. I'm even more sure now that its the pill I'm on causing the prob hence off to the Drs (It's not as though I don't have lots to lose! And last time I did SW I was on something different). :rolleyes:

    The sheet started life just being a list of treats we could have in place of choc and other naughty stuff (again this sheet is a work in progress and may not use all current columns). The MK and KW are initials of myself and a lass at our group - it was her idea , if I remember correctly, to do a list like this - so I figured we could each give each option a rating so we can then sort by rating so if we really feel we need a treat we can have highest rated at the top :D

    i'm having a mix and match day today

    B porridge heb mix with 0% greek yogurt and berrys

    L j pot with hm coleslaw 2 syns i put some L fat mayo in mine

    D sea bass new pots heb green beans

    milk for coffees hea

    snacks mug shot mixed in with tin mushrooms
    joined sw on 22/10/08
    lost 3 stone
    re-joined 8/1/12
    need to lose 2 stones:eek:

    Aaw hope you feel better soon Rob, lots of liquid, fruit, and a good dash of paracetamol or similar for you hun. My OH takes paracetamol and asprin together every 4 hours, cos sick days are strictly limited at his work. Seems to do the trick for him.

    I feel more positive today, see the yesterday me as naughty:rolleyes:. Back on track now, dreading weigh in though, week 2 and I bet I've gained! Might embarrass me into trying harder--hope I don't get chucked out of SW:eek:. at least I know why I overate, off to the shops in a bit to buy the right size bread and extra free foods!

    Today I'll have, green day:

    B; mueseli HEB, ss milk HEA

    L; leftover rice with 100g prawns, (5 syns) and 1tbsp light salad cream (1 syn) and salad veg, quark and berries (free)

    D; pasta with tuna HEB;

    and fruit for snacks.

    Having a good morning! Two fried eggs and some baked beans for brekkie. 1 litre of SF squash so far aswell as some grapes and I took a banana from the free lunch we were given - I'm staying away from the sarnies as nice as they look :o so I thought I'd have some of the fruit instead. :grin: Off home in a bit to have my pasta with free mushroom sauce :T

    Got trout tonight (HEb) with some lovely tiny new pots and some baby carrots and peas. My syns will be the apple flan and a tablespoon of Elmlea LF cream given to me by Mum for pudding tonight!

    Hi all

    I weighed in this morning and have lost another 2 lbs. I have to say after last weeks 9lb loss it is a bit of an anti-climax.

    I don't know if my weigh in is the reason but I am seriously considering straying from the diet and this is only week 2 for me. I ned to muster some motivation cause I am trying to make excuses to stop doing it (the I'm too skint excuse is currently top of the list). Do you think I may be just self sabotaging because I like the food I am eating and give myself plenty of treats so it's not as if I am suffering.

    Any ideas???

    oooh hugs eveie. I know the feeling. As much as I love my pasta & rice etc I always want something 'nice' - even though I can have it.

    2lbs is a good loss for any week. You always have a large loss in your first week, then it drops to between 1 and 2.5lbs a week - don't worry you're doing really well though if you do 'want' something, then have it - just make healthy choices, have flexible syns and get back to it the next day :grouphug:
