Me too, so I may have to try that. Might toss in some roasted onion as well, that could be nice.

take about a tablespoon of cold nutella and roll into a sausage.
break up an alpen light bar and blend in the food processor so it resembles breadcrumbs as best you can, put them on a plate and roll the nutella sausage in them until coated, wrap in cling film and place in the freezer until you want to eat it.
this has used 4 syns and 1/2 HB choice.
Ooh that looks good. I have some choc and fudge alpen lights and i think they'd go really well.I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites

Evening everyone - do you mind if I join your thread too? Just been looking through for some meal ideas while my SW chips are in the oven. I joined on the 05/11 and have my 3rd weigh in on Weds. I have lost 13lbs so far so really hoping for my stone award this week!

Hi Pingu:D
I havent had SW chips for over a week now but since you have mentioned them I really fancy some.
I havent had the best of evenings, feel a bit down and ended up having a chocolate digestive and a packet of scampi and lemon niknaks, I now feel worse of course:oBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi Lou and Liz - making sure I dont burn the chips reading through all the pages! Loads of meal ideas though to have a go at!

Hi all, WOW penguin, what a brilliant weight loss, well done!
Thanks for the spreadsheet judderman, looks great!
I've done a bit better today after my disastrous Friday and Sat evenings. I've put it down to tiredness, so resolved to get to bed by 11 every night (instead of about 2am:rolleyes:), because I'm up at 6.30, evenings are just so relaxing!
Had a brunch of eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, plus 2 slices bread. Then chicken, rice, veg and Iceland mini pavlovas, (only 2.5 syns each) for tea. Snacked on fruit and might have a toastie later to use up HE's. I'm eating lots of quark, veg, fruit, and mixed beans though so not too worried about calcium/other nutrient levels.
Hope everyone's doing OK, jay xxAnytime;)0
