Hi rob
sorry you are still feeling yuk.
There are a couple of ways to stay on plan today. Rather depends on whether the soup is homemade or shop bought.
1. If shop vought - You haven't had any syns yet - you could have the chicken soup and syn it. If you don't know the syns one of us could find them for you.
2. If soup is homemade, you could move your cheese to HEA, leaving you with one HB still to use. weigh your chicken, and make your soup using any ingredients, synning of req. If this is your option, that leaves you your syns for 'medicinal' brandy (or hot chocolate or whatever) later...0 -

Hi
I'd like to say thanks everyone for being so motivating. I am now over my urge to quit the plan completely but think I will have to go it alone. I can't believe I was gonna quit because I lost 2lbs!!!! Maybe I should save my tantrums for when I put on 2lbs lol.
Anyway thanks again
Katie

easy ..... stop feeling guilty - as long as you are defo following the plan portions don't matter - if oyu are loosing 1-2 lbs regularly that's great. I think different peeps do it differently - some say you NEED to eat a lot to loose - hey I don't know the science of it - I reckon I defo don't eat enough.
Don't fix it if it aint broke - and it don't sound broke to me  :THate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
Do little and often
Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -
