    I've been Money Tipped!
    Good afternoon all,

Been a good girl so far (i think!) drank lots, weetabix for brekkie, a mug shot for lunch which I have heard people talking about on here, only problem is it tasted so nice I really do think its got syns, cant find them anywhere on the sw website, I had chicken and mush pasta but have a few different flavours in the cupboard and think I should halt the eating til I find out their worth!
    Can anyone help me?

Looking forward to my tea 160, may grate some cheese as an healthy extra on top!

    Korma
2½ syns per serving on Green & Original

    2 chopped onions
1" piece ginger, peeled and chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    ½pt stock (Chicken Bovril)
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 cinnamon stick, broken
    ½ tsp turmeric
    5 cardomom pods, lightly crushed
    1 tsp salt
    juice of ½ lemon
    1oz block creamed coconut, grated
    5oz vlf natural yoghurt
    2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

Place onions, ginger & garlic in a food processor and blend to a smooth paste. Transfer to a frying pan along with the chicken stock. Bring to the boil, reduce heat & simmer for 5 mins.
Stir in the spices, salt & lemon juice. Add the coconut and continue cooking, stirring occasionally for 10 mins. Gradually add the yoghurt, a spoon at a time and simmer gently for 15-20 mins (do not boil or the yog will curdle).
Discard the cinnamon poeces, scatter over the fresh coriander and stir to combine before serving.

This really is a gorgeous sauce, my favourite!

    Thanks Peachyest

Dinner I find it hard, I like to save my HEB for tea and never know what to take into work, the Mug shots sound great, do you have any other suggestions for things for in your lunch box?

I made the Beef bourguigon last night from the SW mag it was lovely. See receipe below.

    2 Garlic Cloves
    12 Shallots
    2 stick celery
    4 carrots
    8oz/681 extra lean beef fillet
    fry light
    142g button mushrooms
    113ml red wine
    511ml stock from bovril
2 level tbsp beef gravy granules
    salt pepper
    parsley and thym.

Peel and crush garlic, peel shallots chop celery and carrots, cut beef into bite size pieces. Fry beef until sealed, put in casserole dish with other ingredients and cook for 25 mins 200 degres. Add parsley and thyme when serving.

Don't look by the pasta though - you'll never find it! Its with the cup-a-soups! Asda regularly have them on offer 4 for £1.50 IIRC
