I'm with the website, and have just checked it for the information....can't find anywhere on the site that offers "free" once you hit target - probably because there's no physical proof it has been hit?
I'm coming off the web once this subscription has run it's course - I miss going to group, especially the commaraderie,(speelchaeck pleeze).
Cheers you lotAttend SW Tuesdays =
Walk to station every day = :j
3 workouts per week = None :embarasse
Plan my meals weekly = Nope:eek:0 -
thanks loner, thats good to know, hopefully in time she may be able to attend a class, then isn't paying for it when she gets to target,
i thought about doing it online (so to speak!!) but i would miss the class nagging and kick up the bum too,

from what you've said about your consultant, i'd like to see the look on her face if you did!!!! wouldn't mind so much if they weren't actually doing it to earn money, yet some couldn't give two hoots so long as you pay them. drives me mad. i'm lucky this consultant is fabulous, proper down to earth, and always wants to know how you are and what sort of week you've had.0 -

Although I've gone and mixed myself up a bit today forgot I had muesli heb for brekkie, so I went and ate ryvita crackerbreads heb which means i've used them both up and I was meant to be saving one for my roll this eve for my kentucky style dinner....(quorn chicken burger and chips) Hmmm Well i either stick with the choice now or try and find something else to eat, and I was really looking forward to dinner tonight too.
I also ate 4 biccies @ 4syns each, but I was allowing myself a treat if I made my 2lb loss.
Good luck for tonight those with wi.

I think the SW website should have a star rating for consultants - that would get them caring a bit more! It's their income after all that they're hurting!0

Afternoon guys and gals!
Not been on here for a week, been in Canada on a work trip. Definatly NOT good for the diet
Have a missed any gossip?
Today had been a getting-back-into-it day. Need to go shopping this afternoon. So far had cereal and a laughing cow + salad sarnie.
Does anyone know the recepie for korma sauce from the book? I would like to make it tonight
Hope you have all been good losers0
