    Hi Guys,
Managed to stay on track yesterday, and so far today - it def. helps to plan out your meals....I do it for a week at a time, based on my shifts.
I gotta be good this week, as invited to a BBQ on Sunday - but then again, could make that a red day.
I've found that I am tempted more, and my will power is lowered if I don't drink enuff water during the day. Now have a 2 litre bottle that I fill every day and have to finish before bed. (Quite often have "top up" at work too).
Couldn't walk to work yesterday because of the weather, so need to walk there and back tonight.....Mmmmm
Good luck to all at your WI, well done to all "losers" - and I hope things get better quickly for those who are feeling slightly down,
    Cheers you lot
    Attend SW Tuesdays =
Walk to station every day = :j
3 workouts per week = None :embarasse
Plan my meals weekly = Nope:eek:

    Hi Loner,
well done you on being good, and as for the barbie, i wouldn't worry too much, go red, and stuff yourself with yummy meat and salady stuff, you'll be fine.
I'm glad to hear someone else finds they are tempted more if they aren't drinking enough, i find that too, but was wondering if it was just me, I also find i get thirsty if i cut down my drinking too, odd really, as I'm still drinking lots more than i used too even on days where i don't drink as much as others.

I can't find it either... I suppose it is logical that if you don't blend it it is not syned but it does contain frozen lumps of orange juice or yogurt and the orange juice is syned which was how it was explained to us in class. I will be well happy if they aren't syned as they are delicious! :T

Agree with 160, you might as well go red that day Loner, eat lots of meat and fresh salad and enjoy yourself.

You lot have convinced me I need to drink more water. Might go with Peachey's lemon/lime soda water, as I drink far too much tea and coffee.
