    not looking forward to this weeks wi (any boys out there may want to close eyes at this point!!!) had my 1st star week in 8 months (so the 1st since ivebeen at sw) i had an operation in sept and advised that my 1st 'star' after op would be a bad one...boy it is!!! apart from being a huge walking hormone i want to eat everything in sight...ate half a box of ferrero rocher last night...think ive put on about 4 stone :eek:
    (sorry for so much info but needed to vent..hormones!!!)

  • Put on half a pound, not sure why, but maybe using all my syns on Oreo's wasnt my best plan!!
    Back on track this week now, tho with easter this weekend im sure there will be temptation!! Iv told everyone I dont want eggs & my mum has got me a pressie instead, much better than naughty choc!!!

    Sorry to bring this up again but does anyone know why fresh pasta has syns whereas dried hasn't?

    I'm asking specifically bc I used to love making my own pasta.
    The ingredients were egg, flour and water which are the same as commercial dried egg pasta which is free. I really don't see how having the fresh version would make it syn-ful. :confused:

    PRINCESKATE , DONT WORRY THAT HAPPENED TO ME AND CATT ONE WEEK AND WE WERE REALLY GOOD JUST STICK TO IT THIS WEEK AND IT WILL SHOW NEXT WEEK .
    EMILY JACKSON , DONT GET TO STRESSED THAT HAPPENED TO ME ONE WEEK TO , I JUST CHANGED A FEW OF MY H/A , MIX THEM UP A BIT , ENSTEAD OF HAVING THE SAME BREAKFAST AS THE LAST WEEK I SAT DOWN AND LOOKED AT MY H/B AND CHANGED THEM ,IE BEANS ON TOAST ONE MORNING , FRUIT & YOGURT , THE NEXT SCABBLED EGGS AND SAMON , THE NEXT BACON ,EGG ,SAUSAGE , TOM,MUSHROOMS,THE NEXT 2 WEETABEX WITH BANANA AND SO ON , PLUS DRINK PLENTY OF WATER OR LEMON SODA WATER , SQAUSH , JUST STICK AT IT HUN AND YOU WILL DO IT .

    just done my brekkie and lunch for tommorrow ,
    42grm all bran
    1 banana
    potato salad , made with spring onion , boiled egg , 28grm feta cheese , rocket , capers and have made a dijon mustard youghurt dressing .
    summer fruits with low fat easiyo youghurt .
    and 1 orange
