Woodley,
Are you telling us there are animal products in Mullerlights?0 -
Hello
Im kind of planning on having green today and plan on having asda extra special mushroom stir fry for tea but not sure what to have it with! Any ideas?
For my lunch I was planning on having carrot and corriander soup or I might try one of those mugshots? Are the mugshots free on green only? I have the chicken chow mein one, chicken flavour one and the sweet and sour.
I think the soup (as a HEB) can be had as a HEB on either days. Its the sainsburys carrot and corriander and 300g is a HEB (the pack size is 600g so it will last me two days).
re my mushroom stir fry do i have to cook it as a stir fry because I could, thinking off the top of my head, roast it in the oven with other vegetables I have got and have it with some lamb or something?
I feel totally fed up - weigh in tomorrow and if I lose anything then I will be at my lowest - however I have found myself self sabotaging this week as I have been at this weight three times now! and have not got past it. I also have so much work to do that I am feeling really stressed and just want to reach for the chocolate0 -
Went to wi last night - was not looking forward to it. The long weekend I was away I ate masses. Not only was I depressed because the weather was so awful and I always eat when I am depressed but also the place was full if indian restaurants and dirt cheap!!!
Anyway curries must be slimming for me cos I lost 2 1/2lbs!!!!! I just do not know how but I am so pleased and now determined to be really good this week. I have lost 9lbs in 5 weeks so not bad and I have achieved the goal I set myself to lose half a stone by Easter.
My trousers are now so baggy they will barely stay up!!! I just hope I lose some inches on my top half soon (16 on top and 14 bottom (now almost a 12). My husband said last night "if you don't start losing on top you will soon look like Jordan". Coming from him that is not a compliment.
well done catkins, hope that cheered you up. sometimes weightloss takes us by surprise. wish mine would surprise me a bit more often...keep going and you will be where you want to be in no time...FLOSSEY :j:j

Well, off to weigh in soon, so wish me luck. Had a bit of a blow out on Saturday night, but have been really good since then, so wish me luck.
I'll be back later with an updateYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Hugs to Emily and Bringmeshoes. I put on 2 last week but I knew exactly why and refused to change my signature, as it's only a temporary blip. You'll get there!
Well done Starjumper - we can feel your joy - it's wonderful:j
Good luck to anyone with a wi today
I'm trying Quorn sausages today, in a tomatoy pasta dish. My OH loves pasta but always likes to have meat with it, so I hope we like them. I told him it's pasta surprise for tea, and he said 'is the surprise there's no pasta in it?' :rotfl:
Cheers everybody xxx:smileyheagpuss0 -

Mullerlights have gelatine in them which is why I dont have them.
I bought some Yeo valley Probiotic fat free ones (BOGOF in Tesco )and I'm hoping they are free.
I'm not always the most organised so sometimes I just like to look at a plan and follow it, but then I get flummaxed cos I dont know what to substitute0 -
