dlb - dont forget you really must have your Healthy Extras though - what about 85g of bacon each with your fry up tonight? You need your HE for fibre (we all know about constipation on here!) and calcium etc as well as a few sweet things!

Sorry for all the questions, just one more quick one, before joining i stocked up on dolmio creamy tomato pasta bake sauces when they were on buy one get one free, are these really bad in syns if they are my kids going to be having lots of pasta bakes!!!

The password is for www.slimmingworld.com - the members only site. Thats where all the syn values are hiding! You can also chart your graph with our weight loss - its excellent - tells you when you'll get top Club 10/target etc :eek: :rotfl:

Anything in a jar is going to be high in syns pretty much - you canmake your own free versions with passata.

I lost 2.5 lbs this week, making my total loss so far 10 lbs, and I got Slimmer of the Week :j

What did my DH say, well done, I'm proud of you ? - no what he actually said was "the others obviously hadn't lost much if you won with 2.5 lbs" :rolleyes:

He'll be sorry when I'm back to a size 12,and have to spend a fortune on a whole new wardrobe
