    Just be extra good for the next couple of days and im sure you'll be fine. Try some super-speed foods too.

    Speaking of which, does anyone have a list of these ss foods? I only know of a couple

    ss foods - bilberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, boysenberries!, cranberries, gooseberries, grapefruit, guava, kiwano, lemons, limes, loganberries, loquats, melon, pomelo, raspberries, redcurrants, rhubarb, strawberries, tamarillos, whitecurrants, yellow plums! Hope this is right it is in the section of my book listed as anytime, any choice!

    Does anyone know the prune juice with the lowest syn value? Or indeed how many syns it is? Will pop to small shop in a mo to try and get some!!

    My prune juice saga still lives on....
    Go to Morrisons and get pure prune juice in a glass bottle from the aisle where the cartons of orange and things are £2.19... beware and start with ONE glass...

    Has anybody tried making the SW choocolat treats from the web.

    10 Ryvita and 4 tbsp nutella make 30 at 1syn each.

    I can't seem to get the mix to stick together. it does taste yummy though especially when you have a chocolate craving.

    Still with the plan...but struggling!
    OH just brought in some shopping, and it includes some luverley "alien" foods that I normally binge on....and she's popped out and asked me to put it all away.....You know that lolling back head, mouth open and tongue hanging out feelin' you get...now I'm drooling....AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
    Attend SW Tuesdays = :idea:
    Walk to station every day = :j
    3 workouts per week = None :embarasse
    Plan my meals weekly = Nope:eek:
