    Dassad, I really struggle on red days too so have mainly green, but your body gets used to what you eat, so if you can have a red day or two every now and then - plan well in advance and you shouldn't have too much problem - it'll jiggle things along a bit! :grin:

    charlies_mum - I've completely gone off chocolate since I started this again whereas before I couldn't live without it. I even bought a bar out of 'habit' the other week - and still didn't want it when I got home. It helps I guess that I don't have a time of the month anymore! :o

    Up until today I've also been really good with anything bad as work have LOADS of biscuits etc all the time but today i had some buffet food (sandwich, crisps and cheese) and i also had a bit of easter egg :( Feel really bad but i've had a rubbish day and head is in a funny place...will get back on the wagon tomorrow.
