Does anyone know how many syns are in a Whisper bar? I dont have access to the website and its no listed in the food optimising book, thanks.
Also I love Mullerlight yoghurts but cant justify the expense of them at the moment, can you substitute them with other low fat yoghurts like Tescos own ones?
its 11 syns for a regular bar, i checked a few weeks ago. hth:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

It is important that you have your healthy extras as it those that give you your daily recommended requirements of protiens, carbs vitamins & minerals( depending on what colour day you are on.)
They are there so people don't just live on rice /pasta/pots/meat & encourage a more balanced diet0 -
Can other yoghurts be substituted as free for Mullerlights? I find them too expensiveThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

I use Onken Lite Strawberry a lot instead of Mullers. 500g for between 99p and 1.09p. I go onto these when Mullers get expensive. Also using the low cal jelly with natural yoghurt instead of half the water can make a cheapish dessert.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

I'm sure I was told at my class that if you miss any of your HEA/B's for the day that the ones you've eaten would be classed as syn values (poss 6 or 7?).
I think it's because they are there to give you the correct balance of the opposite food to what you're eating free and therefore your body processes (?) it right and you don't put on.
I'm not keen on the shape lasting satisfaction yoghurts as they leave a funny after taste for me. I do get the tesco LC free ones or the aldi free ones as an alternative to mullers sometimes.0 -
Afternoon all hope you are having a relaxing Sunday?
Im just wondering if anyone else feels guilty after eating stuff you know is free and you feel full? I know that sounds really daft, but I mean after eating a plate of SW chips and egg I feel full but feel bad as ive just eaten 'chips' I dont think Ive gotten round the fact that feeling full on SW is what its all about. I did Scottish slimmers  a few years ago and I was STARVING the whole time. i only stuck it for 2 weeks.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
