Rice Pudding
1 pint cold water
½ mug pudding rice
Splenda to taste
Nutmeg (optional)
2 tbsp vanilla essence (optional)
Muller Light Vanilla Yoghurt.
Put 1 pint cold water into saucepan. Add the pudding rice and cook for about 15/20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool down - at this stage you can use the optional items - when it is really cold, add one Muller light Vanilla Yoghurt.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I'm sure they are on special in Morrisons (or they were last week) I tried them, but they were too sweet for me, anyone have any others I could try ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

No they're not syn-free. However, syn them and they're only 3½ syns for 28gms which should make quite a few crisps (far fewer than a bag of crisps).
I'm a big believer in moderation in all things, so a few of anything like this is not going to have much effect on your weight, it's when you get to making loads of them and eating them in preference to 'proper' food that the problems begin.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
I knew I've been putting on a bit of weight recently, but I bit the bullet and weighed myself in Tescos today - I am 12 stone 12 STONE!!! I'm fat and wobbly and can barely get into a size 14 now! I'm heading towards 40, and so's my weight by the looks of things!
Is it worth joining a diet club like Slimming World, or am I better to stop stuffing my face with crisps and device my own diet plan? I've got a couple of fitness DVDs which I've dug out tonight, but honestly, I'm so disgusted with myself and the way I look at the moment that I'm just determined to lose a couple of stone by the summer. Has anyone reached the despair point as I have any want a diet buddy?0 -
thanks charlies_mum, I will check.
WI tommorrow, although i cheated and weighed today so I do know I have lost something. Will get an acurate read in the morning. I am loving this 'diet' I really feel as though I am eating loads, yet every week (so far) I have lost weight......
I think it helps that we have got rid of our car AND got a dog so we are walking loads.
I still use my excercise bike but only maybe once or twice a week and I am doing crunches and leg raises every other day too, plus Karate on a saturday.....I can definately say I am fulfilling the body magic part of this diet hehe
