Morning everyone, pleased to see someone else up as early as me on a Saturday...seems to be the only time I get on the PC!
I have just been weighed after my first week and lost 6lbs, which I am thrilled about. I have been really good all week rotating from red to green and been to the gym 3 times and swimming too, so really chuffed with the weight loss, even didnt have a drink lastnight either!
Today will be red, just had weetabix, alpen light, cuppa t, not sure about lunch but tea is planned to be chicken wrapped in bacon with something.....
So only ***** more stones to go...have a good weekend everyone!0 -

I really hate sweet things, and the Alpen bars set my teeth on edge. I really crave savoury things like crisps -mind you, I do manage to overlook my dislike of sweet things when drinking wine
Well done Ballerinagirl, keep going and you'll have lost your first stone in no time.
Janie, Aldi do an orange squash which is free, and I'm sure someone will be along shortly to tell you of others.
Just on my way out for the day, so have packed lots of fruit and water just in case I can't get anything else - suppose I could go to MacDonalds :eek:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Hi Janie
As far as I was aware most sugar-free/diet drinks are free? Thats what it says in my book, so I just drink juice, but water at the gym.0 -
Alpen light bars are £1 a box in farmfoods if you have one ear you, i got loads the other night, (8 boxes, lol) as they work out better than most of the supermarket offers
