Can anyone give me a very basic receipe for Quorn lasagne (300g) - I'm generally ok, but I'm rubbish without measurements/weights! I used to use the one on the quorn website but they've removed it
You could try this one too.

Hi there
Fast Forward is different to the normal plan - you have to get a booklet from your SW consultant (if you attend a class), and there's no 'free' foods in the usual sense, you have a number of points that you use to choose three meals each day from the booklet. The points are based on your current weight so vary from person to person.
It's a very strict plan as Angie will testify, but it can have great results and get your weight loss moving if you're really stuck. I would recommend you increase the amount of superspeed foods to see if that works first, if you haven't already.

Hope to get my 4st this week, just another 9st to go!! Having a good week and just need to loose 1/2lb this week to get to 4st. Have been at this for ages but thats because I cheat sometimes.
One of my favourite red meals is chicken breast slit open to create a pocket and then press a laughing cow triangle or 2 into the middle. Close the pocket and wrap in bacon, 2 rashers. Bake in oven as usual and serve with either salad or vegetable. My daughter likes hers served with potato wedges as a B choice.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0 -

LL has explained it really well, but the only way to find out about FF is through your consultant.
If you fancy a one week kick start, you could try 'superfree and healthy B', ie superfree food (on the yellow pages) and 2A 2B daily. It would restrict you quite a bit, but not nearly as much as FF, but could be enough to kick your metabolism into action again....
(even coming from me) SW weightloss is supposed to be steady - 1 to 2 lb a week. I was only recommended FF after being on the plan for 5 months, and maintaining for 4+weeks despite being :A . My one week weight loss was fantastic, and the boost I needed, but ultimately, I ned to approach this slowly and without being too hasty  If your weight is coming OFF, however slowly, you are better sticking with the main plan IMHO...0 -

Do you follow a mix of red and green, or do you stick to the one plan? Great to hear your meal idea - it sounds really yummy :T0
