Tonight, after a long week on Fast Forward, I lost....6lb!!!!:jand that made me SOTW0 -
Well you go enjoy it, FF is quite restricted Ive heard so you go have some fun x
I dont know much about Fast Forward so cant really help as I am a newbie myself, But I THINK it is a diet approved by you and your consultant if your weight has maintained and not dropped for a few weeks, so it gives you a bit of momentum - BUT this is a last resort to help and you can only do it for so long... Everything you eat has to be maintained I've heard - so its quite hard going...Is that correct??

Hi, well done angie - thats such a fab loss and worth the week I'm guessing!
Thanks cosultant, but I'm trying to cut my portions down now - I don't syn during the day, its only when I get fed-up/upset in the evenings. I can even live syn free all week and gain/maintain/lose 0.5lb so eating all I want isn't working for me anymore.
Its all making me desperately unhappy so I have to go and try another diet for a few weeks. I'll still look in and say hi but I can't go on like this.0 -
Hi guys, another question, sorry
Its my time of the month at the moment and it has arrived tonight, due to weigh in tomorrow,
Will this affect my progress so far? I feel sooooo bloated :mad:0 -

Well done, Angie! 6lbs is fantastic, and I hope it gives you the boost you were looking for.
I weigh myself tomorrow, and I am so hoping for a loss after a STS last week. I've got my meal planning a bit straighter again, so I'm back on plan, and I'm sure my tummy is shrinking but my weight isn't! I'm going to go and have another drink of water to try a last ditch attempt!0 -
It might not show a big a loss if you have WI, but it will show next week if you stick with it 100% next week. 'Star week' as its known in SW is recognised by all consultants!0

I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
