Right todays food
Brekkie - fruit salad and natural yoghurt (F)
Lunch - banana (F)
Snack - 2 chocs (6), fat free yoghurt (F), leftover mashed pot mixed with garlic quark (F)
Dinner - Mackrel (HEb), roasted pots & veg (F)
Drinks - diet coke, water, 2 glasses wine (12)
So night before WI and I've synned and gone well over.0 -

no, its not terrible reddeb but whatever I do I'm stuck. I've lost 4lb before I got stuck again and tghis is painful. I've got 3stone to lose ASAP (pref before end of Feb) but just can't do it :mad:0

hi everyone, and welcome to all the newbies!
just got back from WI and very surprised that I lost 3.5 lbs!! That makes 1 stone 10.5 lb in 12 weeks. I'm dumbstruck, I really am. After that very slight gain last week, I am so happy to get back to losing ways, and hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll get my 2 stone award! :jYou're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0 -

You're doing really well and we all know you can do this, you have so far, I find that if I'm feeling the nibbles coming on , I try to distract myself by doing something i.e. like clearing my wardrobe of the clothes that have gone too big, it may spur you on, but thats coming from a little piggy!!December 2011 Sesky Watch, strimmer, tv, hoover & steam cleaner. 12 syns per pint??!!, Iv been drinking this stuff for over a year and have gone from a 12 to a 16. Think its time I changed my drink. No more cider for me .0
