Hi Flat Eric,
From what I can see on SW website you can't have the sweet pot as a healthy extra, so you should have to syn it.
Potatoes, Sweet, raw/boiled/steamed, 28 g 1 Syn
Hope that helps!
Missty
Thank you everyone. I think Im going to try and pick out the butternut squash and just save the sweet potato for another day. Ive used both my HEB so planning on having some shallots and other mixed roasted veg. Im really looking forward to it. Just a shame I dont have a vegetable fairy so that I can go home and find all my veggies have been magically prepared !0 -
If none of you mind I'm going to post my days food at the end of each night - will help keep me on track and you might have some bright ideas for me. I think I'm sticking to it 100% but maybe I'm missing something (most of me's on automatic after doing SW on and off since 2002!)0

I think it will help others if you do this too. I personally would like to see what others are eating - give me some ideas!
Has anyone got any ideas for a quick meal when you are really tired and can't be bothered?0 -
beachbeth - thanks. Are you on a red or green day?
green day - cooked pasta, baked beans and a HEa of cheese is my quick meal! Red day - is probably am omlette or cooked breakfast style.0 -

I think thats a fab idea. I think it would help both you and us. I often wonder just what other members are eating especially those that come to my class and have such good losses. its easy for hidden syns to sneak in here and there and it will be great to share menu ideas etc.0 -

Hi all
Nearly at the end of day 2 on Fast forward. Gosh fast forward is very hard work:eek:
I do hope that it kick starts my weight loss again - I need the boost at the en ofthe week. For anyone who doesn't know it is a very very very strict dietplan produced by SW only in times of dire need. It takes a LOT of planning and thinking about, and the portions are all tightly controlled (and quite tiny!) and nothing is free. I am swimming in water - 500ml morning, afternoon and evening - maybe I am just flushing it all away
In fact I have found the planning element to be the hardest part. I have to plan every element of every mouthful for the next few days - I must sit down and do that for the weekend!
Still, tea to come yet - prawn stir fry (it is what you think but with no rice or noodles, barely any prawns and quite a lot of veg!) and my treat for the day - an apple! hurrah!
Think of me fondly as you enjoy your unlimited free foods and you tuck into your syns - this weekend is going to be tough! Wish me luck!0 -
Angie, just keep repeating to yourself - its only XX more days out of my life..when you think of it like that you can do anything I find!0
