:T Thanks Flat Eric and Skint_Catt for the breakfast ideas, I shall have to look up those different Kelloggs ones because I haven't seen them before. I bought fruit & fibre last night, I hope Tescos own one is ok because it had as much fibre in it as kelloggs but was about half the price.
Felt really naffed off that I couldn't get the value brand equivilant, as that had naff all fibre in it
I shall try french toast as home, although my problem is once I have a loaf of bread I don't always stop at just one portion  :rolleyes:0 -
I went to my local sainsburys this morning armed with my list and I am very pleased that I have manged to pick up some pre-prepared sweet potato and butternut squash. Will go lovely with my morrisons eat smart sausages and buttom mushrooms
I am a miffed though, couldnt get any alcohol free red wine or low alcohol free red wine - only sell a white wine thats alcohol free.
Was pointed in the direction of Sholoer though so picked up a bottle of the sparkling juice drink (red grape). Have just checked the syn value though and its is a shocking 18 syns!!!! gonna stick with the wine i think and give the shloer away !0 -
its just occured to me that my sweet potatoe isnt going to be free as Im on a red day so can I have it as a HEB or will I have to syn it?0

Flat Eric Asda do all the Weight Watchers wines - the red is pretty good actually!
Toad in the hole was bloody awful. The middle of the batter was soggy and horrible, so onyl ate a tiny bit and had the sausages and veg instead. Ah well - things you dream of never taste as good as you think they will! Had fruit salad and natural yoghurt for brekkie this morning and I'm starving now but trying not to eat until lunch though I have a banana and a yoghurt handy!0 -

From what I can see on SW website you can't have the sweet pot as a healthy extra, so you should have to syn it.
Potatoes, Sweet, raw/boiled/steamed, 28 g 1 Syn
Hope that helps!

Hi naturally - other great brekkie ideas if you still need them are 2 Alpen Light bars count as 1HE & natural yoghurt with loads of fruit is a great filler (I'm addicted to this with mini Oatibix at the moment!).
Lost 1lb this week so feel bit more motivated now (finally got the 2lbs off that I put on on holiday!!) though really need to kick start my exercise routine now...:j:j Bring on the bargains!!!! :j0 -
Hello everyone.
Weigh in was last night, I am happy to say I maintained. I am happy with that because I thought I had gained, had a very naughty weekend by eating toomuch rubbish. Back on track today though, determind to lose that 2lb for my 2 stone award! Also would like to get my 3 stone award at the end of the year.
